Manager for makeup face segment, developing high performing, high quality products from inception through to launch. Responsible for technical development of product as well as assuring timelines, project deliverables and resource needs are clear. Needs to understand consumer needs and competitive trends and be passionate about diverse and inclusive products, to develop high performing products in all key markets worldwide. What are the main responsibilities: expertise in formulation science and consumer led product design ability to work with marketing partners to develop a strong innovation pipeline structured approach to problem solving, strong leadership and collaboration skills Who is the person? works closely with marketing to identify and define innovative product concepts for make-Up face segment uses technical methods and sensory testing to evaluate product performance and ensure targets are delivered works with R&D partner functions and market research to qualify product safety, efficacy, compliance, stability and quality and to validate product performance with the consumer. What you need to have? requires in-Depth knowledge of available and emerging cft ingredients, formulation and processing technologies requires excellent organization, management and communication skills supervisory experience desired. This role requires curiosity and a global mindset, adept at working across different cultures and passionate about people and planet experience with green/ sustainable chemistry and design-To-Cost principles is a plus else would need to be quickly learned on the job.
