Role typepermanent your role in a nutshell: lead the olfactive direction and fragrance/flavor technical qualification for avons worldwide cosmetic products. Evaluate and guide perfumery work at our fragrance house partners to meet concept directions and to appeal to consumers in avon markets around the world. More about the role: this role reports into a joint natura and avon olfactive department leader but is accountable to the R&D and marketing leaders for avons cosmetic closely with fragrance house strategic partners and procurement to ensure we best leverage their external capabilities. Expertise in olfactive science and consumer led product designwhat we look for and what we offer you:ability to lead strategic conversations with marketing partners and to help translate concept direction to olfactive technical approaches with fragrance house partnersstructured approach to problem solving, strong leadership and collaboration skills, people management and skill developmentthis leader needs to effectively work globally and have diversity and cross-Cultural sensitivityolfactive experience for the fragrance, make-Up, facial skin care and/or B&T categories. Relevant technical bs degree with formal olfactive training and qualification at a fragrance house or cft companyrequires strong olfactive acuity and training along with in-Depth knowledge of the product development and fragrance qualification process. Must have proven ability to develop people and to achieve results through influencing of others. Requires excellent organization, management and communication skills as well as the ability to inspire confidence in olfactive direction and guide and develop others in this discipline.
