Experience with formulation science, ingredient technology as it relates to a range of cosmetic forms, including emulsions, hot pours, etc. Across make up and care categories. Ability to work with R&D and sourcing to develop formulations with improved environmental footprint. Structured approach to scientific research, problem solving, strong leadership and collaboration skills supervisory experience desired. This leader needs to effectively work globally across make up and care categories, with a strong focus on sustainability, a passion for diversity, inclusion and cross-Cultural sensitivity in product. 1-3 years product development experience, ideally with a focus on sustainable ingredients and formulations, in cft or relevant product categories. Works closely with product development and ingredient sourcing to develop formulations with improved environmental you need to have?Ideal candidate will be self-Directed and have experience in formulation science and/or ingredient technology as it relates to a range of cosmetic formsbachelors degree required advanced degree preferredconsumer product development experience, ideally with a focus on sustainable and/or regenerative ingredients and formulations, in cft or relevant product categoriesability to work independently and as part of a matrix team with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
