Are you passionate about reservations & customer service with a keen interest in the hospitality industry? As coordinator, global servicing you will join lhws americas servicing team to operationalize hotel reservations and related services. You will collaborate with servicing and sales colleagues across the americas to help deliver high impact activities that drive revenue to our member hotels, build relationships with external customers, and develop brand is a full-Time position located in sao paulo, brazil. Establish relationships with key stakeholders (travel agents, corporate clients, direct consumers, and hoteliers) to achieve our purpose as well as maintain all performance lhws core values and objectives into routine and achieve exceptional performance ratings on call and email set revenue targets and additional kpis, including but not limited to: call/email/instant message conversion rate, case closure time, nps/csat score, call abandon rate, substantial product knowledge about member hotels in order to be their representative and in english, handle phone calls, emails, and instant messages from current and potential customers, as well as member hotels, in a timely and professional availability, rates, policies, room descriptions, and property features at member hotels through the central reservations features and benefits of the lhw brand during conversations with accurate information throughout all written and oral interactions with clients, mainly to secure reservations at member special requests related to confirmed bookings for added services such as transfers, restaurant reservations, prepayments, up with customers in a timely fashion regarding all pending requests and clients with travel consultancy on hotel, destination, and itinerary enroll, and renew memberships in the companys loyalty program, the leaders customer issues, being ready to engage with difficult situations and assess when to escalate to supervisor/proper usage of all corporate tools, such as the reservations system and the crm sound understanding and adherence to all lhw policies and to safe handling of sensitive information and data, abiding by all security participate in team meetings and company member hotel presentations and office lhw at client events when relevant information in a timely course, this is just a sample of the work this role will require.
