Tiktok has global offices including los angeles, new york, london, paris, berlin, dubai, singapore, jakarta, seoul and the team:the global experiential and events team is in search of an enthusiastic team player to help lead the latam region in :- Lead experiential team efforts in the latam region. Have deep knowledge and understanding of the regions experiential landscape and engrained in the event culture.- Clearly articulate tiktok brand vision from event ideation through completion internally and with third party production vendors to create best-In-Class experiences that bring joy to consumers.- Strong cross-Functional collaborator who will work across all divisions under tiktok to meet individual department priorities and reach company goals.- Lead the research, identification, strategy, and execution of all marketing experiences throughout the region.- Clearly develop and track measurable event kpis and okrs.- Extensive relationships with local event production teams and key industry festivals, trade shows, conventions, :- Minimum 10 years of experience in event specific role- Bachelors degree or above from a leading institution- Rich experience in executing a wide variety of large budget experiences in entertainment and tech event spaces. Large scale activations at consumer facing festivals, trade shows, and industry events are a must.- Proven history of collaborating across multiple disciplines to meet campaign event goals (marketing, b2b, media, creative, social, etc.)- Ability to create decks, presentations, budgets, run of show documents, etc.- Ability to communicate clearly while operating in a fast-Paced environment- Proven history in leading a team for 4+ yearstiktok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
