The ideal candidate is a highly motivated leader who will oversee all the activities of the services (serv) division in the area of responsibility including sales, operations and Q/eohs. In addition we look for a person with extensive experience in growing companies and a history of leading through change management. Reporting directly to the managing director of brazil (bcbr) and indirectly to the vice president americas serv this position is based in são bernardo do campo - São paulo/brazil. Your days will be filled with driving the year-Over-Year revenue growth by establishing a team to develop new customers, compressors, and geographic areas also in line with the global and regional mid-Year plan. Assuming full profit and loss responsibility for the area of responsibility by continuously monitoring and evaluating the financial performance of the organization in line with the global and local guidelines, regulations, and legal frameworks. Providing guidance and leadership to the team, overseeing sales, service center, field service, qeohs, manufacturing, and supply chain functions, with ultimate accountability for goal achievement. Fostering a positive working environment and leading a strong safety culture throughout the organization. Leading continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance the customer satisfaction. Your experience and qualification include bachelors degree in engineering, specifically mechanical or in a related field ideally hold a business degree with preference given to candidates with a mba minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in similiar industries, markets, and roles your skills and abilities are english and portuguese: fluent both spoken and written travel 20-30% within south and central america and internationally as necessary. Exhibit a profound understanding of P&L performance management. Proven track record of successfully leading teams and driving strategic initiatives. Strong analytical and problem-Solving skills and experience in project management familiarity with international business practices and regulations and superior negotiation skills experience in mergers and acquisitions and business development would be a valuable asset.
