The team also provides efficient and high quality reviews to unlock good revenue and focus on brand safety and user/advertister :- Manage a team of operations specialists, lead day-To-Day operations and ensure timely and accurate execution of designated tasks- Ensure team members execute tasks in line with the sops and keep abreast of the latest process and policy changes- Identify opportunities to improve processes and policies at scale- Track, monitor and report operational kpis across teams and individuals- Coach and develop direct reports and support performance management- Plan and execute team building activities and build a positive work culture- Considerable operational experience, preferably in an online operations or trust & safety environment- Previous people management experience, ideally in a fast paced tech or kpi driven environment- Ability to work in fast and evolving workflows with eye for detail- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality while meeting strict deadlines.- Good interpersonal and communication skills- Due to business requirements, an ability to work on alternating work rotations and shifts (including public holidays and weekends)tiktok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
