Job title: S& op & demand planning analyst reports to: business controller location: vila olímpia, sp hybrid model (3x in the office) as the S& op & demand planning analyst you will be responsible for using analytical and quantitative methods to understand, predict, and enhance supply and demand management processes. You will be assembling data, analyzing performance, identifying problems and developing delivery forecast generation (weekly/monthly/annually). You will be responsible for implementing forecasting and inventory management, supporting sales and profit goals of the division while achieving inventory productivity and in-Stock goals. You will coordinate the monthly demand planning process by compiling and collecting sales history and forecasts from the commercial team. Main activities: prepare monthly S& op executive meeting to support the monthly management business reviews, ensuring the proper participation of sales, marketing, production and finance. Define, coordinate and execute initiatives in support of the S& op process. Share relevant supply information (e.G. Shortages) with rest of market creates, monitors, and maintains S& op metrics and key performance indicators, identifying resulting risks and opportunities. Develops advanced analytical tools and reporting to support the entire S& op process helps facilitate cross-Functional communication between the business units and supply chain in support of major S& op initiatives, new product launches, line extensions, promotions, discontinuations, factory productivity, inventory levels, cost of manufacturing, distribution, transportation, etc. Maintains and manages product sales history, forecasts, inventory, prices, cost and all other data. Reviews short/mid term demand plans, follows up on their execution with customer demand planning to align forecast with order book and short/mid term outlook. Assists in the improvement of demand forecast accuracy for customers. Analyzes internal demand stream information and categorizes according to demand patterns. Get consensus forecast between sales/marketing intelligence and supply. Ensures the critical analysis of inventory levels to support company goals and manages the development of creative solutions to inventory issues qualifications external: bachelors degree in economics, business administration, engineering or similar good experience in demand planning, S& op or supply chain, with demonstrated understanding of supply chain processes and inventory management strategies. Excel-Advanced (macro vba) microsoft power bi advanced advanced level of in english (writing and conversation) must possess excellent analytical/statistical skills and strong focus on process/controls to execute demand-Planning processes with a continuous improvement focus. Good communication & interpersonal skills and excellent teamwork ability, contributing cross-Functionally. Critical thinking and problem-Solving skills. Preferred qualifications: datasul system knowledge experience in project management.
