As a senior vfx artist at ptw, you will have the exciting opportunity to showcase your creativity and contribute to the dynamic visual effects that will enrich our : senior vfx artistjob overview: as a senior vfx artist at ptw gaming services, you will be a visionary leader, providing artistic direction, feedback, and mentorship to the vfx team. Your expertise will be instrumental in designing and creating jaw-Dropping visual effects that enrich our aa/aaa games, capturing players imaginations and taking their gaming experience to new heights. Collaborating closely with art directors, technical artists, and game designers, you will ensure the desired effects are achieved while adhering to technical constraints. This is a unique opportunity to join our passionate on-Site team and leave a lasting impact by crafting stunning visual effects that elevate the player responsibilities: lead and inspire the vfx team, providing artistic direction, feedback, and mentorship to elevate their skills and achieve excellence in vfx creation. Design and develop high-Quality and cutting-Edge vfx that enhance the games visual impact and contribute to the overall immersive experience. Collaborate closely with art directors, technical artists, and game designers to align vfx with the games vision and ensure seamless integration into the gameplay. Utilize your proficiency in industry-Standard vfx tools and software to bring innovative and captivating visual effects to life. Integrate final delivery assets into game engines like unity and/or unreal, ensuring seamless and efficient implementation of vfx into the gaming environment. Apply your experience in creating shaders and materials for vfx to achieve stunning and realistic visual effects. Requirementsqualifications knowledge of unity and unreal particle system. Experience with the cascade interface in unreal. Examples of flipbooks vfx in your portfolio and stylised effects. Experience of using industry-Standard content creation software (e.G. Maya, 3ds max, photoshop, substance) to create assets to use in-Engine. Strong understanding of real-Time vfx techniques and pipeline. Experience with various supplemental 3d and vfx authoring packages (maya, houdini, substance, etc.) portfolio that demonstrates a breadth of both technical and artistic execution of real-Time vfx. Strong understanding optimizing vfx for console and mobile game development. Experience with shader creation inside unity and unreal. Knowledge of game production pipeline and life cycle. A critical eye for the timing, animation, and motion of real-World objects and visual vfx. Bilingual portuguese/english benefits competitive remuneration.
