Description qualifications: boeing brazil is seeking a senior systems engineer reporting to the systems engineering manager of the boeing brazil, sao jose dos campos site. This team of senior systems engineers will lead the foundations of revolutionizing airplane development at boeing. The systems engineering team will work on product development in several different programs. Position responsibilities: lead systems engineering activities to develop aircraft systems for several different program. Collaborate across the company to gather, integrate and deploy engineering standards, precedence networks, decision making criteria and program management foundations. Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners. Drive continual improvement in solutions sets to development and derivative programs this position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location. Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status. Basic qualifications (required skills/experience): must have existing rights to work in brazil must have a bachelor degree in engineering must be registered or eligible to register with the engineering and agronomy regional council (conselho regional de engenharia e agronomia - Crea) fluent in both written and verbal english able to travel both domestically and internationally in depth experience with experience in systems development in depth experience with arp-4754, arp-4761 and do-178b/c experience in technical leadership support preferred qualifications (education/experience): experience applying systems engineering principals and systems integration in the aerospace industry experience in commercial aircraft certification model based systems engineering and model based engineering application and toolsets (such as matlab simulink, scade, cameo, rhapsody, etc.) experience with agile methodologies coding experience (python, matlab, java, etc.) relocation this position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
