What you do within global operations, the business process excellence & transformation aims at increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of operational processes. Being a bpe&t project manager, means you will act as business owner in the transformational process by liaising with various stakeholders (product, operations, market and others) and defining requirements for digital products with high focus on digitalization, end-To-End customer journey design and internal productivity steering. Within bpe & transformation, the area of transformation steering will ensure close liaison between the project teams and the allianz partners business units to ensure the roll-Out of global solutions and processes. With higher focus on digitalization and multiple customer interaction channels, bpe & transformation is responsible to connect stakeholders and asset owners into a single customer and operational journey vision. In this context, the transformation steering area will implement formal and frequent committees between business units and initiative owners to steer the transformation from a global perspective. Key responsibilities: steer strategic initiatives in the area of bpe & transformation liaison with other areas in the organization: transformation office, om, pm&i, operations, others coordinate acm flying squads: bu acm implementation, productivity steering, performance, adherence to target processes and system utilization represent bpe & transformation in om project prioritization steercos. Prepare business cases, defend prioritization and impact, provide updates and improve visibility on timelines in om area implement tracking of deliverables and action plans in bpe&t area, and collect updates from stakeholders prepare presentations for coo area and transformation office lead aes initiatives within bpe & transformation team, including communication sessions, knowledge sharing, project monitoring ceremonies manage team budget (initiatives, travel, others) support war rooms with business units and respective global functions interface with business units to understand local adoption of global processes, evaluate conformity and deviations animate a community of global experts and facility bu to bu expertise sharing for higher globalization support ramp-Up usage of new simplicity digital assets: customer web app, voice / chatbots, smart workflow, celonis, others: process adherence, scripts, platform organization, ramp-Up of new tools, local constraints process adherence steering: bu adherence and conformity checks, bu adherence steering, process exception requests and governance, bu action plans to enhance conformity support wfm and productivity: performance steering, sizing plans, impact of new digital assets in planning coordination across om and ops. What you bring background in assistance operations (call center services, service network, back-Office actitivies) and/or insurance operations (policy administration and claims services) process management and operational controls data analytics, reporting, bi, data mining relevant technology skills: voice-Bot, chat-Bot, claims automation, ai, rpa and others. Experience leading operational teams in large financial services organizations focus on digitalization and automation experience in large insurance companies and end-To-End understanding of insurance and assistance businees.
