Business process excellence project manager (global office) within global organizational management & transformation, the business process excellence aims at increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of operational processes. Being a bpe project manager, means you will act as business owner in the transformational process, by liaising with various stakeholders (product, operations, market and others) and defining requirements for digital products with high focus on digitalization, end-To-End customer journey design and internal productivity steering. You are also responsible for defining and documenting detailed processes and liaising with product owners for system requirements. This area is also in charge of maintaining full inventory of processes and ensuring operational adherence to global standards. As a pm in bpe you will be allocated to one of allianz partners lines of business (roadside assistance, other assistance (which includes home, mddr, easy living) or travel medical) and could be re-Assigned within teams if the business requires. With higher focus on digitalization and multiple customer interaction channels, bpe is responsible to connect stakeholders and asset owners into a single customer and operational journey vision. Business process excellence must also support and influence new product design with new digital features. Last but not least, this area needs to leverage business process design tools to create to-Be processes, launch processes into production, and monitor the adherence and leakage. It works hand-In-Hand with wfm and operational steering areas to monitor results and ensure continuous enhancements in the business requirements. Key responsibilities responsible for driving process improvement, efficiency and productivity across the company while delivering a highly differentiated customer experience through the adoption of these process improvements along with designing processes for new technologies, specifically in digital, analytics, and mobile, allianz partners will be able to disrupt the industry to drive significant value creation for the customer and the business primary responsibility for driving process improvement using lean/six sigma, innovation, customer experience and change leadership methodologies across the organization design detailed L1 and L2 operational processes, in line with simplicity target journeys, and ensure roll-Out to target processes to business units leading to a transformation journey intent on deepening and extending this transformation to achieve operational excellence monitor adherence of processes in operational environment and trigger action plans for identified leakage.  what you bring experience with allianz rsa business and end-To-End understanding of value-Chain experience with process management in large financial institutions (banking, insurance, others) background in assistance operations (call center services, service network, back-Office actitivies) and/or insurance operations (policy administration and claims services)  ability to interact with senior level management strong customer orientation and ability to design processes from a customer perspective focus on digitalization and automation.  what we offer our empl oyees play an integral part in our success as a business.
