This position is permanent role and located in finland atpaulig groups headquarter office in vuosaari or in our office inmölndal, sweden. This is an exciting opportunity to be part ofbuilding sustainable future of food in international company bydriving strong execution of our sustainability approach 2030 with afocus on climate and nature. As head of climate and nature you will beresponsible of leading our climate program towards group levelambition, develop internal carbon pricing implementation and manageour carbon fund to accelerate our climate actions, develop and overseegroup level practices and standards for environmental calculations andreporting. In this role you will develop paulig target setting androadmap for nature. In this broad role you get to work together withdifferent stakeholders internally and externally in different pauligcountries and supply chain origins. Responsibilities of the role: leadpauligs climate program towards group level ambition by engagingespecially with supply chain and sourcing in all paulig countries toalign climate roadmaps and manage key metrics build the ambition androadmap for nature and drive the development in this area drive thedevelopment of paulig group wide climate and nature reporting developand manage comprehensive carbon measurement and verification approachfor our value chain emission oversee and develop carbon certificatespurchasing to guarantee high quality and guiding clear balance betweencarbon emission reductions and offsets managing company level climatefund to accelerate carbon emission reductions and develop internalcarbon pricing implementation serve as an internal knowledge expert aswell as support and consult business areas and business functions inclimate and nature topics and in developing roadmaps to carbonemissions reductions and nature targets support and consult localorganization in general sustainability related questions and emerginginitiatives monitor relevant policy development and drive stakeholderengagement in the area of climate and circularity contribute to theoverall paulig sustainability approach development and implementationdevelop group-Wide environmental reporting participate with the teamin different projects and tasks relating to sustainability what weoffer: we are a company with values-Driven culture and ambitioussustainability targets we offer you an exciting and challengingpermanent position in an international family-Owned company withstrong brands and high-Quality products you will have an opportunityto develop and influence greatly within your own responsibility areaby taking ownership and strategic approach possibility to make adifference work internationally across our different locations andwith our partners constantly developing company where you wont getbored a work community that sticks together in the quest of for a lifefull of flavour. Systematic way ofworking and a networker with a bold mindset, strong business acumen,strategic and result orientation, international mindset and ability towork effectively and inclusively across teams. Knowledge ofinternational climate and nature target setting frameworks (sbt, sbtn)strong experience in carbon calculations and certifications, climatedata and reporting making things happen.
