We are searching for a driven head of revenue growth to join ourpassionate team at paulig group in santa maria, rs. You will be based in any of the scandinaviancountries, and report to marketing director in scandinavia & centraleurope. You will be part of a great team of people based in ourlocations across europe sweden, norway, denmark, netherlands,austria and uk & ireland. In this role as head of revenue growth, youwill own net revenue management in the region/business area. This roleyou will have the opportunity to growing revenues through constructingportfolio initiatives, price and promotional strategies. In this roleyou will also act as a center of expertise in business intelligence ona regional level and ensure the organization is equipped with toolsand processes. What you will do define portfolio segment roles andobjectives based on global guidelines and regional portfolioopportunities. Monitor market situation and development and definegrowth drivers. Sets price indexes based on global guidelines andregional portfolio opportunities defines local growth drivers andstory towards customers that supports the global categoryvision/customer segmentation secures required capabilities andcompetences and ensure optimal team development to deliver on strategyinto action. What we expect from you you would be a great fit if yourbackground and experience would look similar to this: business-Managerminded marketing expert with fmcg business background in sales,category analyst, assortment management and/or marketing. At least7-10 years experience as a marketing or category analyst, or fromassortment management. International mindset, business-Minded,analytical and result oriented. Making things happen. Goodargumentation skills and ability to give concrete in business administration or equivalent. Fluent in locallanguage and english.
