Theycurrently have offices in sao paulo, rio de janeiro, london, lisbon,barcelona, montevideo, and tel : we are looking to hire a senior product designer to helpdefine, articulate, document, and implement a comprehensive productexperience across latam, reporting to the head of ux & design and theux manager. Core focus on data driven decision making creating thebest experiences for our players, whilst driving commercial must be comfortable working in a fast-Paced commercialenvironment, as well as show an aptitude for on-The-Job learning ofcomplex on the entire ux process: strong understanding of the product development lifecycleand ux design process. Define design requirements based on data-Drivendecisions and collaboration from internal teams and stakeholders.A world-Class product experience: combinedata-Driven and user-Centric methodologies for better for usability tests and ux research with the internal teamand end users, gathering information and creating a plan to evolve theproduct. Design, document and effectively communicate how the flows,wireframes, prototypes and interfaces work and will help achievecompany an inclusive product: master hci usability and accessibility (wcag) bestpractices. Knowledge of apple, android and responsive with local and central teams: work closely to the stakeholders, as well as with developersand designers, aligning customer needs and business goals, from thediscovery of product specs up to the final deliverables.
