In this role, you will be responsible for managing and delegatingthe workload of quality assurance and quality control (qa/qc)personnel in services and manufacturing business segments whilesupporting the quality function in developing and understanding properuse of adequate risk assessments, such as root cause analysis,non-Conformance, corrective action, and cost of poor quality (copq),implementing and interpreting inspection and testing plans (itps), andmaintaining and supporting the quality management system (qms).Functionsessentiallead/managerial responsibilities manage and delegatethe workload of qa/qc personnel coordinate scheduling activities toensure proper qa/qc coverage for all manufacturing, service, andpurchasing activities develop, maintain, and ensureimplementation of conformance to inspection and testing plans (itps),incoming quality control plans (iqcps), quality plans, and interpretinspection results define, identity, record, track and informquality engineers and managers of non-Conformances (i.E. When material/ product is not in compliance with specifications or drawings) andcopq (cost of poor quality) identify competency needs forquality personnel positions coach, mentor and establish developmentplans in order to ensure effective performance and achievement ofbusiness objectives maintain and trend quality kpis linkmetrics to strategic operational objectives manage theinterface with customers and/or customer 3rd parties for qualityactivities support quality organization in developing andunderstanding a proper use of adequate risk assessment, root causeanalysis, non-Conformance, corrective action, and copq collection, aswell as continuous improvement projects represent qualityfunction during internal/external meetings, including milestonereviews, project kick-Off meetings, design reviews, and ensure appropriate application of six sigma processimprovements, design, service and manufacturing controls (i.E. Processmodes and effects analysis (pfmea), identification/analysis ofcharacteristics critical to process (ctp) and critical to quality(ctq), process capability studies (cpk), process control plans, gagerepeatability and reproducibility (R&R), statistical process control(spc))requirements:- Universitydegree in engineering, administration or related areas.-Extensive knowledge of quality management- Advanced opportunity includes people with disabilities and/or beingrehabilitated.#J-18808-Ljbffr #J-18808-Ljbffr.
