Your responsibilities as a corporate recruiter will include: Scheduling calls and interviewsdeveloping strategic recruitment initiatives to attract high-Quality candidatesmanaging the end-To-End recruitment process, from job posting to offer/onboardingposting job ads on professional sites, job boards, and social media platformsparticipating in candidate sourcing effortsassisting in resume screening for various teamsmanaging calendars for hiring teams and candidatesproviding prompt communication and assistance to candidates during the interview processutilizing ats (recruiting software) to track open roles and manage candidate progresssending out all necessary emails, such as application confirmations and rejection notifications, and handling paperwork like offer letters.
