Are you?The positionby joining our team in exploration & production international you will have the opportunity to:report to the leader of competence management area and deliver on the points below (not limited to):- Build internal pipeline for operations capabilities- Lead and coordinate offshore installation manager (oim) and offshore first line leaders (fll) development programs- Development of digital and other current/future competence needs aiming to always safe, high value and low carbon operations- Identify technical competence needs and propose development/learning solutions to close gaps- Define and maintain course catalogue for equinor brasil operations in close collaboration with internal provider (equinor university)- Design an offshore trainee qualities are essential for equinor.
