Domaine forage puits minimum 10 ans level / diploma: engineer, or higher (msc.) experience: 1 0 years in oil business as supervisor engineer, manager. Experience in similar position (years): min 5 . Valid iwcf well control certificate (drilling), bosiet / huet, total golden rules. Required skills: problem analysis & decision making, organization, dynamism, hard working, teamwork & leadership. The job holder must have good knowledge in english language (mandatory), portuguese and french appreciated hse: the employee shall perform his/her activities in compliance with the hse management system, aligned with one maestro principles and oriented to safeguard the integrity of people, the environment and companys assets and reputation . Guarantee the accomplishment of the drilling, completions intervention, wo or P&A operations, in compliance with codes of practice, safety and environmental procedures of the group and the affiliate. Display hse leadership by setting an example of high hseq standards at all times to the workers. Participate to pre-Spud meeting on rig site prior completions installation 04 / year. Prepare bridging document and provide ad-Hoc assistance to onshore safety leader (osl) for bocp preparation. Demonstrate personnel commitment to hse and to the values and principles of the company code of conduct (charters). Participate in risk analysis for completions, intervention, wo or P&A operations. In case of incidents investigation. Prepare decision tree when necessary. Continuously improve hse knowledge processes and performance across all areas of responsibility. Key player for a safe working environment, noting anomalies to hse (use of stop card system) as required . Organisation ensuring the suitability to operational requirements of personnel, equipment and services from contractors. Participate to the selection of the personnel form service contractor if required . Plays a key role in the training of staff personnel and monitor their progress. Improving skills and know-How of supervised personnel. Actively animate interfaces with field operations team and sps team to develop well intervention capability during life of field . Contracts actively participate on rfi, rfp, cft, P.O.S, S.O.S process to have all equipment & services for completions, subsea, stimulation, intervention & testing activities aimed to deliver wells as per affiliate operated assets planning. Perform technical evaluation for equipment supply and service provision rfp, cft process. Assist C&P department on commercial evaluation towards contract value optimization and customized to tepbr context. Support ballots to partners process (preparation, follow up) ensure rfi, rfp, cft, po follows tepbr internal and external due process with aim to fulfill drilling schedule. Ensure equipment supply and service provisions are available within drilling and completions schedule. Ensure access to proprietary service tools via master service agreement with partners and service companies. Follow up procurement & services contract under his sphere of responsibility. Support tadm technical administrator on contracts related to procurement and services for completions, subsea, stimulations, interventions and testing activity. Towards flawless operations on development activities. Ensure kpis implementation for hse, qa-Qc, dwip philosophy and cost performance follow up, on all completions, subsea, stimulations, interventions and testing contracts. Ensure personnel from 3rd party company onshore and offshore are available to support operation requirements. Implement adequate contract activity follow up on planning, equipment supply, service tickets and incentives. Participate and support his team tadm on contracts sqm, hse-Q audits, scm. Follow up actions and assist reporting on evolution of contractors performances. Engineering: ensure completion philosophy is i n line with project fdp, wells sor, gsr, sps and field operations requirements. Provide detailed equipment specifications and scope of work when required for rfi, rfp or cft process. Propose technological innovations which allows minimize capex / opex and / or maximize reserve recovery. Follow up kpis toward dwip philosophy implementation. Elaborate road map to follows savings forecasted on 4C&D / 3C programs. Implement completion project management milestones to ensure smooth operations startup and flawless continuity such as kom ddr der P.O.S / fra cwop operations dwip. Ensure detailed completions program are issued, reviewed and signed on time. Validate operating procedures and guidelines to ensure they are fit for purpose in accordance with equipment specifications and operations to cope with completions philosophy validated (wells sor). Ensure rex and dwip feedback from other affiliates are taken into account in the operations preparation. Ensure implementation of pre-Operations meetings, complete well on paper, hazid toward improvement of safety and rig time savings. Facilitate engineering support for rig modifications required to carry out completions, subsea, stimulations, interventions and testing activities. Facilitate interface within total and rig, fsv or lwiv contractor to plan, execute all projects and modifications on safe and efficient manner. Ensure deployment of means to guarantee productivity & injectivity index are on line with wells sor validated. Provide technical expertise when necessary to dcsi or subsea superintendent during well construction. Implement bi-Weekly or monthly follow up for subsea and completions engineering operations activity. Preparation of operations: provide engineering support to the completions intervention, wo or P&A program in due timing prior operations. Draw up operating procedures to be discussed with completions, intervention, wo or P&A service providers and validate internally. Ensure that equipment and personnel from 3rd party company are available offshore in a timely manner with anticipation of the rig operation requirements. Ensure anticipation of needs and organize supply. Propose technological innovations. Participate to pre-Operations meetings, complete well on paper, hazid to draw & guide sequence with anticipation in term of risk, safety and optimized sequence toward capitalization of time saving. Provide engineering support to rig modifications activity required to carry out completions, intervention, wo or P&A activities. Coordinate with dcsi, rses and contractor representative operations preparation in safe and efficient manner . Operations follow up ensure lessons learned are implemented to minimize non-Productive time on coming wells. Review rig instructions and tally with supervisor to minimize risk of npt, provide input toward optimization on procedures and improvement on safety. Ensure adequate level of engineering & operational support for completions subsea, stimulation, intervention and testing activities are available during well construction. Ensure output from hazid, jras, ctas and dwip sessions are implemented on further well construction design operations. Ensure rig instructions and tally is validated by corresponding engineer or superintendent to provide input toward optimization on procedures and improvement on safety. Follow-Up execution of completions, intervention, wo or P&A activity towards optimizing costs. Contribute with coordinating the day to day completions, intervention, wo or P&A activity with contractors, logistics engineering team and dcsi. Optimize activities of service providers, provide technical check on job tickets from contractos if needed. Follow-Up affiliates dwip (pre and post sections meeting, identify possible rex when adequate). Update his hierarchy of current operations status and notify immediately in case of problems. Provide engineering assistance for dcsi and team for operations execution. Assist and provide technical solution during operations issues or troubleshooting in order to recover situation in safe and efficient manner. Keep close relationship with contractors . Post operations reporting prepare the end of wells report & well handover report, data coming from well site. Work with off-Shore and on-Shore teams to deliver them in timely manner. Conduct operations debriefing, post job analysis with aim to capture opportunities to improve operational timing and efficiency. Optimization of the available tools and personnel competence required . Maintain an updated tracking register for lesson learn & opportunities by phase & well type follow up progress with accountable. Collaborate with preparation and participation on sqm, hse-Q audit, cta towards safety and operational efficiency improvement along drilling & completion campaign. Ensure dwip means are deployed such as operations debriefing, post job analysis with aim to capture opportunities to improve operational timing and efficiency. Optimization of the available tools and personnel competence required . Ensure tracking register for lesson learn & opportunities by phase & well type is updated. Ensure tepbr collaborate to T-Rex with relevant feedback on failure & success on our completions & subsea activity. Ensure engineering and operational support is available for tepbr life of field needs. Prepare and participate to annual review with hq, partners, authorities, R&D program on recurrent basis or when required . Ensure all information from completions & subsea activity is accurate and is registered on tepbr official database. Participate to interface meetings with sps package, field operations package and gsr to ensure completions and subsea activity is fit for purpose and answer client expectations. Retrofit any change or request approval to any change respect to initial fdp / well sor. Deep water / ultra-Deepwater context. Risk of massive losses in reservoir. High current environment. High level of technical risks due to the operational costs. Offshore visit periodically high level of performance objectives in brazilian waters. Acid stimulation on carbonate reservoir is key factor to attend expected productivity & injectivity index on sor different sps manufacturers for wh system / bap / xts leading to complex interfaces.
