The rolethe head of sales - Payment solutions, latam and north america (na) will help formulate and execute sales strategy, driving client acquisition and engagement across the latam and na incl. Us and canadian market regions. Taking a solution orientated approach to meet client needs, this role will develop and maintain commercial relationships, and prospects in collaboration with the product team, to deliver compelling and transformative consultative based solutions to responsibilities and expectations work with the global account management team and cro to execute global sales strategy and meet the revenue expectations. Manage latam and na client relationships through building the strongest relationships and become a trusted advisor to identify win-Win opportunities. Drive a consultative led end to end sales process, strategically positioning mypinpad business value proposition at C level. Own the latam and na markets and identify the right opportunities and prospects in line with strategy. Deeply understand client needs to solve problems that are solution based and client centric. Provide accurate, timely and regular revenue forecast as required. Be a thought leader in the industry and an ambassador of the mypinpad brand. Work with the marketing and pr functions to ensure that our external messaging is optimised and synchronised with our growth and business development effort. Develop and maintain strong industry relationships to ensure that mypinpad is fully up to date with industry issues and changes that may affect business growth. Work with the legal & commercial teams to ensure all contractual commitments are appropriately managed and concluded. Comply with and support all company procedures and policies. Knowledge, skills and experience required fluent in brazilian portuguese, spanish and english. Demonstrable senior account management, business development and sales capability in a related payment/fintech/software solution account management and sales role in specified regions. Extensive experience in driving a consultative sales process and closing large win-Win deals. Consistently delivering above a budget forecast. Proven relationship management and negotiating experience and skills to C level. Solid understanding of, and current network within, the payments ecosystems. Advanced microsoft office skills word/excel/powerpoint/outlook. Advanced experience with web-Based sales/crm tools.
