Purchase analyst (partner operated licenses) apply now rio de janeiro contract full-Time airswift is seeking a consultant psr (partner operated license pol) to work on an outsourced contract in rio de janeiro with a major oil & gas operator. This person will contribute to deliver recommendations for pols (partner operated licenses) procurement ballots to the asset management of such specific license, within the time and quality required, in an efficient way. Job responsibilities     the ballot process is the main method for formal communication in pol. Most of the documents received through this channel are related to procurement processes (circa 80% of such documents). According to clients requirements, all relevant procurement processes performed by the licenses operator shall be reviewed by the appropriate procurement unit prior to recommendation to the asset management. Today psr has one resource directly allocated for pol, managing the interface between pols and the rest of the procurement organisation. The consultant will report to such professional and will support the management of the interface and, in particular, will be responsible for the coordinating the ballot process for pol within psr (procurement and supply relations), acting as a mediator between the demands coming from the pol area and the procurement area, evaluating ballots and working on the relationship and interface between the areas. Besides the ballot process, the consultant will assist the activities related to the mous in procurement, supporting the relationship between the client and other operators, in the context of procurement. Job qualifications     candidates should have solid background in procurement processes combined with experience with license coordination in the oil & gas industry, dealing with operators. They will ideally have a track record illustrating good commercial and negotiation skills, and experience in contract management. Solid communication skills and ability for stakeholder management is also expected for this position. Fluent english and portuguese, spoken and written is a requirement. Bachelors or masters degree, preferably in administration, finance or engineering. Masters degree, mba or similar degree is a plus.
