Requirements bachelors degree in mechanical engineeringproficient in mechanical parts design, taking interfaces, materials selection and performance envelope in consideration. Understanding how to go from basic principles to finished and validated prototypesable to perform mechanical and structural calculations and estimate effects of pressure and temperature in the designunderstanding of threads and tubular interfacessolid knowledge in cad tools and able to perform 3D modelling in solidworkscapability to create and understand drawings (gd&T)familiar with check-Lay-Outs and assembly techniques for tubular productsdesign review skills, able to present the technical challenges of a projectpracticed in taking design projects from concept, through prototyping and manufacture to final in writing in english and portuguese technical documentation, including but not limited to test procedures, specifications and other required documents based on project of seals and valves. Exposure to electro-Mechanics and sensors integrations to mechanical designsliaising with customers regarding the initial scope of requirements and feasibility work, product development, design reviews, project milestones, and reliability to have understanding and exposure to iso and api standards and experience in validating products under those standards. Responsabilities under general supervision applies functional specifications and uses engineering tools to design hardware for product changes and new development. Independently processes data, writes engineering reports, and conducts diagnosis of routine hardware malfunctions. Contributes in reliability analysis such as risk assessments and failure mode effects analysis by compiling and examining data. Identifies the testing requirement at a system level with the emphasis on complying with test standards and halliburtons health, safety, and environment procedures. Contributes to halliburtons intellectual property portfolio by preparing invention disclosures and recognizing ideas that have intellectual property potential without disclosing confidential information. Coordinates with project leads to produce project deliverables by assessing input requirements and applying functional relationships through excellent communication skills and acts as a key resource to provide innovative solutions.
