Job description we are seeking a highly skilled sap functional consultant with expertise in asset management (am), quality management (qm), and production planning (pp) modules. As a key member of our sap implementation team, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, configuring the system, and providing ongoing support to optimize the efficient utilization of sap modules in the areas of asset management, quality control, and production planning. Responsibilities: asset management (am): collaborate with business stakeholders to understand asset management requirements and translate them into sap system configurations. Configure and customize sap am module based on business needs, including master data setup, maintenance planning, depreciation methods, and asset tracking. Ensure proper integration between sap am module and other relevant modules such as finance (fi), controlling (co), and materials management (mm). Provide support for asset management-Related issues, troubleshoot system errors, and implement enhancements to improve operational efficiency. Quality management (qm): work closely with cross-Functional teams to gather quality management requirements and design sap qm module solutions. Configure sap qm module to enable quality planning, quality control, and quality inspection processes in alignment with industry standards and regulatory compliance. Define inspection plans, sampling procedures, and quality notifications within the system. Conduct system testing, resolve functional issues, and provide end-User training for quality management processes. Production planning (pp): collaborate with production planning teams to understand business requirements related to production scheduling, material requirements planning, and capacity planning. Configure sap pp module to support production planning processes, including master data setup, bom (bill of materials) management, and routing definition. Monitor production orders, analyze production performance, and propose improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Collaborate with other sap functional consultants to ensure seamless integration between pp module and other relevant modules like material management (mm), sales and distribution (sd), and financial accounting (fi). Requirements: bachelors degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience as an sap functional consultant with expertise in asset management (am), quality management (qm), and production planning (pp) modules. In-Depth knowledge of sap configuration and customization in am, qm, and pp modules. Strong understanding of business processes related to asset management, quality control, and production planning. Excellent problem-Solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues within sap modules. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-Functional teams and stakeholders. Sap certification in relevant modules (am, qm, pp) is a plus.
