Are you an experienced payroll professional with a passion for leading teams and driving operational excellence? Do you have a strong background in end-To-End payroll processing and expertise in e-Social compliance? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team in campinas, profile summaryresponsible for the activities related to the processing of payroll, aiming at guaranteeing the correct payment of employees within company parameters and according to current :-Ensure all payroll process are completed accurately and on and support a team of payroll analyst in the daily payroll operations are aligned and support the groups global business strategy, with a focus on c&b all payroll and related operational activities to achieve target key performance indicators, operational level agreements and service levels by executing resource planning to ensure availability of staff and providing support to senior analyst/ analyst for resolution of complex all relevant daily hr operations are consistent and compliant with country / company rules (statutory and non-Statutory) and management standards by having an understanding of the local laws and regulations, company policies and employment check senior analyst/ analyst payroll report and approve payroll on timely effective working relationships with it-Sap team and ensure all system testing is perform on timely a group of team members, to achieve and exceed service standards by identifying staff performance gaps, allocating time to listen, monitor and provide constructive feedback for performance continuous improvement opportunities to enhance provision of services by reviewing and revising operational processes, policies, standard operating procedures and work instructions and introduce key improvement plans for transparent communication channel with the function lead and analyst by summarizing and reporting on operational updates and issues to function lead for support, staff planning and effective working relationships with the analyst and build relationships with the wider group in csc and the business groups, focusing on customer service by responding to service requests, providing support and attending to ongoing issues in a professional :-Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, human resources, or a related fieldminimum 6 years of experience in end-To-End payroll processing, preferably in a multinational organizationstrong understanding of e-Social compliance and regulations in brazilproficiency in english (both written and spoken) is essentialadvanced proficiency in sap (preferably sap hcm) and workday payroll systemsexcellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in processing payroll datastrong analytical and problem-Solving skillsability to work effectively in a fast-Paced, deadline-Driven environmentexceptional communication and interpersonal skillsproven experience in people management, leading and developing teamshigh level of integrity and ability to handle confidential informationthis is a 100% onsite role in campinas, brazil.
