About the role develop and maintain a set of cohesive and flexible project delivery frameworks, matched to the various project approaches (predictive, hybrid, agile) and complexities (regular, advanced, premium service packs). Build a strong relationship with the pm team leads, to understand when to engage on specific projects and provide guidance and support. Ensure pm team leads become contributing stakeholders for driving maturity within the international pm practice via enhanced communication and engagement ( co-Construction ) build a strong partnership with presales, to ensure a full understanding of our customers needs and participate in bids to support the project manager, where required () drive project management maturity by building on current best delivery practices and developing quality improvement initiatives in collaboration with the methodology expert work in full collaboration with other international and gdo teams (consulting, contract execution, integration, msdm, service management) create a value matrix based on external maturity assessments, identifying low hanging fruits and chronical issues whilst identifying mitigation strategies and creating a roadmap to implement them in an effective manner host an executive level steerco to get buy-In for the identified improvement areas on the program and address complex roadblocks via steerco level by proposing possible solutions provide regular updates towards executives for the progress made on different initiatives with measurable defined objectives.
