Job description this role will require you to work with a small team of highly qualified researchers and software engineers to gather requirements, perform analysis, scope, plan, design, code, and deploy scalable, distributed, fault-Tolerant modules and libraries. You are expected to have a thorough understanding of technical concepts required for software engineering and deployment and should be able to navigate and understand complex code and systems. The position demands excellent analytical and problem solving skills and applicants must be able to communicate clearly and effectively. You should be a person with great technical passion and problem-Solving skills, drive for results and ability to work independently. Responsibilities: research, develop, and optimize new or existent software and features for company services. Innovate and keep up to date with new global technologies. Write code and test cases and provide support for users and feature development. Work closely with partner teams and users to build and maintain cohesive product. Have passion for scientific research and secure, reliable, maintainable code qualifications skills / experience: proficiency in c/c++ design, implementation, and debugging skills. Solid foundation on algorithm analysis. Comfortable working on linux systems. Basic knowledge on data parallelism. Self-Motivated and passionate for research, innovation, and coding for scientific applications. Good proficiency in english. Typical background: bsc/msc in computer science or computer engineering. The following skills are a plus, but not required: gpu programming (cuda, opencl, or related). Experience with parallel computing/hpc (mpi, openmp, or related).
