Visit to know more. The latin america innovation center (laic) is located in louveira in the state of sao paulo, brazil, at only 60km distance from são paulo city . Laic is one of the 13 p&g innovation centers around the world, being the only one in latin america and serving consumers for the whole region including mexico, chile, brazil and argentina. What youll do lead technical projects from day one, connecting with senior members of the r&d team to learn, plan and deliver outstanding results. Master product technologies and testing methodologies. Deep understanding of the consumer profile and market trends. Identify consumers problems and translate them into product solutions. Find areas of optimization to simplify/improve current processes. Partner with global teams from different functions to develop new products for la market. Effectively communicate ideas, potential problems, solutions and results to peers, coaches, and managers. Develop managers/coaching skill by building capabilities in others.
