In this role, you will lead a team of individuals who will drive the successful deployment of the sap instance portfolio which includes testing, quality assurance, configuration, ricefw management, and e2e delivery support, to ensure smooth, stable and timely implementation of new software and updates to installed applications to meet business requirements. You will also partner with finance and other internal organizations to align on the strategy and roadmap for the sap s/4 instance you accountabilitiesdevelop and foster new and existing relationships with finance and it stakeholders, management, consultants, and users to understand business priorities while compiling and prioritizing deployments, enhancements, and defect resolutionsprovide broad oversight and advise supervisors and staff in technical software testing and debugging of systems and software applications, as and supervise a medium sized team of internal and external resources, performing standard to highly complex deployment, development, and documentation of systems and applications broad oversight and guidance for activities, which include analysis of business requirements and preparation of detailed technical specifications to write applications and with stakeholders to set high level direction, strategy, and technical planning of the sap s/4 instance in accordance with internal and external software compliance will develop plans and deliver results in a fast-Changing business and/or regulatory environment while leading and developing a team of experienced professionals and supervisors, exhibiting authority for talent management decisions related to hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.
