About the role - Leadership and development of a best in class, high performing procurement team in brazil and south cone, ensuringthat the procurement function is a key strategic function which significantly contributes to kerrys performance andprofitability.- Leads the procurement organization in brazil and south cone to deliver cost reductions in total cost of ownership andyear-Over-Year productivity improvements, whilst maintaining or improving product quality and vendor service levels.- This role will also have the responsibility of leading company-Wide, cross-Functional improvement initiatives, whilstworking closely with business & functional management in pursuit of sustainable reductions in the total cost of goodsand services as we deliver enhancements in consumer value. Key responsibilities 1) ensure supply and manage commodity risk- Ensure best in class supply: work closely with the business to determine current and future sourcing needs- Driving commercial work and ensuring transparency on risk exposure- Managing volatility as a partner to the business- Build deep commodity expertise and industry knowledge across the major spend categories- Mitigate risks and support the team to mitigate risks in their categories by way of e.G.
