Connect to global teams to build validation plan for new technologies implementation to ensure quality monitoring is available timely actively understand analysis issues in latam and seeks for technical solutions guarantee that new implementations are captured into iso documents conduct the special studies program including: experimental design, data analysis, summarizing conclusions, and stakeholder communication connect to global teams to raise potential automation in the process, identifying critical equipment to lab operation ability to connect genetics and phys results, providing technical interpretation for customers complaints and requirements act as a resource to internal stakeholders on data interpretation of test results connect with r&d, stewardship to understand future changes in methodologies needed network with a highly diverse global stakeholder and customer based across the row crop and vegetable business provide technical support of lab production, to troubleshoot daily issues shaping what is needed to obtain valid conclusions report experimental results both internally and externally in formal reports, presentations and posters provide development of technical abilities of team members to drive a strong technical culture that is innovative and quality-Focused participate in global quality testing and innovation communities perform all tasks following the standards of safety, quality, health, environment, biosafety, stewardship and product supply system defined by the company and legal entities bachelors degree in agronomy and related areas solid experience or phd degree in seed technology, agronomy or other related areas advanced english and portuguese practical and theoretical knowledge in seed analysis knowledge on: seed legislation quality, safety and environmental legislation sap experimental design data processing applications and basic statistics advanced knowledge on microsoft office basic tools analyzes multiple and diverse sources of information to define problems accurately persists in the face of challenges and setbacks.
