Magna executive search, in partnership with a multinational company in the industrial segment, located in limeira -Sp, is hiring a:finance coordinatorresponsibilities:as the finance coordinator for the brazilian subsidiary of our international group, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial and administrative activitie ensuring compliance with accounting standards and providing for the headquarter accurate and timely financial reporting. You will play a crucial role in managing treasury function cash flow forecasting, credit management, taxation, working closely with the local management and the group finance and controlling department. Additionally, you will be involved in analyzing sales performance, margin and other financial kpi providing valuable insights to support business decisions. Manage and supervise all financial and accounting activitie ensuring compliance with local regulations and group policies Process month end trial balance, reconcile all balance sheet accounts and produce detailed management accounts Supervise hr function, review policie check and authorize payroll Oversee treasury function including bank reconciliation, cash flow management, cash forecasting Develop and implement credit management strategies Ensure tax compliance, accurate and timely submission of all required tax filings Manage company secretarial matters Manage cost accounting and stock control with rolling inventory Prepare monthly and quarterly group financial reports based on the international accounting standards (ias) Implement sales/margin and cost deviations analysis Support the managing director in developing the budget and companys long-Term business plan Prepare periodic detailed financial forecasts Develop strategies to minimize financial riskrequirements: Degree in business administration, accounting or related field Masters degree or professional certification is highly desirable Solid experience in finance or accounting roles in multinational organizations Strong knowledge of local generally accepted accounting principles (gaap) and experience with international accounting standards (ias) Excellent knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements. Advanced skills in financial reporting tools and erp systems Advanced/fluent english is a must Availability to work in limeira sp (100% presential position)idiomas:inglês - Nível avançado nível: supervisão/coordenação.
