Were seeking a future team member for the role of vice president, counsel to join our legal team. This role is located in são paulo, sp - Hybrid. In this role, youll make an impact in the following ways: Conduct legal activities related to funds administration, including: Organization and changes in funds by laws Analysis of transactions performed by investment funds, such as corporate bonds and derivatives Draft and review of agreements related to funds services providers, structure funds (fidcs, fips and real estate funds), public offerings. To be successful in this role, were seeking the following: Bachelors degree in law (with oab) brazilian bar association Previous experience in a law firm or in a financial institution Fluency in english Working well with a team Organizing and planning skills to work with high volume Skill to develop, in short term, critical analysis of documents and new regulations Previously experience in offshore funds.
