Were launching new tech, adding new solutions and now were looking for you eager for a challenge, energized by innovation and aligned with our mission to deliver a future of work without responsibilities- Act as a strategic thought partner in product, design and development teams to deliver best-In-Class product features.- Produce high-Fidelity mock-Ups and interactive mock-Ups in a quick, iterative and agile environment.- Create and maintain design libraries, best practices and standards based on user behaviour.- Collaborate with remote developers to review designs, discuss product features and implementation.- Present deliverables to internal team and stakeholders while effectively communicating the thought process and strategies behind design decisions.- Effectively manage time, prioritize designing features across multiple products in an agile environment.- Design complex navigation flows, turn functional requirements into simple user you- Minimum 2 years of ui/ux experience.- Creativity and attention to details with hands-On experience as a product designer or ux/ui designer (portfolio required).- Expert with prototyping tools such as sketch, figma, invision, adobe xd.- Previous experience with B2B saas solutions is a plus (hris, payroll, tax or payment process companies will be preferred).- Knowledge of adobe creative cloud (photoshop, illustrator, indesign) is an asset.- Understand front-End development and the implementation process (no coding required).What we value- You are organized and meticulous attention to detail.- You have excellent collaboration, communication skills.- You are a team player, comfortable working in a fast-Paced environment, often on multiple projects with tight we offer- The opportunity to work with a purpose simplifying global expansion while supporting sustainable communities around the world- A diverse and inclusive environment, with over 40 nationalities represented, 90+ languages spoken, and a workforce made up of 52% women- Flexible pto and birthdays off- Growth and development opportunities with access to coursera - A leading learning and certification provider- The opportunity to challenge yourself in a high-Performing organization and leave each day knowing you have made an position description may not describe all duties, responsibilities, and skills associated with this position.
