Requirement servicenow consultantexperience 8-10 yearscandidate requirementskills & experience: minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in servicenow development and it consulting. experience in creation of foundational framework & playbook knowledgeable of ui/ux standards experience in frameworks such as core data, core animation, etc experience in building scalable solutions experience in it service management (itil) servicenow platform/scripting/apis/service portal/applications familiar with sdlc and agile methodologies prior experience working with business team using structured methodologies for gathering business requirements, business processes, etc., prior experience working with various partner teams on defining framework and standards. excellent troubleshooting skills. working knowledge of various tools, open-Source technologies, and cloud services awareness of critical concepts in devops and agile principlesprimary responsibility developing, installing, integrating, and troubleshooting servicenow applications consuming knowledge regarding the latest developments in one or more aspects of computer programming training, documentation, and support to the organizational teams whenever required design, develop and implement service catalog workflows, itil processes, itam, em, knowledge, demand, and release management modules within the servicenow platform and integrations with external systems for the organizational growth need to maintain detailed system documentation including design specs, maintenance, troubleshooting, deployment, disaster recovery, tech notes, testing, etc. provide value-Based assessments and workshops to help the customer maximize business results from servicenow software understanding customer requirements and project kpis implementing various development, testing, automation tools, and it infrastructure planning the team structure, activities, and involvement in project management activities. managing stakeholders and external interfaces setting up tools and required infrastructure have the technical skill to review, verify, and validate the software code developed in the project. troubleshooting techniques and fixing the code bugs monitoring the processes during the entire lifecycle for its adherence and updating or creating new processes for improvement and minimizing the wastage encouraging and building automated processes wherever possible coordination and communication within the team and with customers monitoring and measuring customer experience and kpis managing periodic reporting on the progress to the management and the customerwork locationmexico/brazil servicenow - Platform core.
