Being able to execute suchpositioning on different touchpoints of the customer journey - Fromoffline to online. Cultivate and grow word of mouth/earnedchannels. Analyze consumer and shopper behavior and identifytrends to optimize the customer journey and increase retention. Buildclear hypotheses and experiments based on different research, data andpast experiments to demonstrate opportunities. Work with theglobal acquisition, data and product team to design and implementtargeted acquisition strategies to attract new customers. Balance andgrow different acquisition channels (performance marketing, influencerand affiliate marketing, referrals, alliances and search). Ensure eachchannel improves cac:ltv. Stay up-To-Date on the latestindustry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies inperformance marketing, and use this knowledge to drive innovation andgrowth within the acquisition team. Collaborate with theproduct, data and tech teams to improve the website and mobile appuser experience to increase customer retention. Ensure a prioritizedpipeline of improvements, new feature launches and marketingcampaigns. All aligned with the company s most importantobjectives. Ensure personalization (executed across differenttouchpoints in the customer journey) has a priority on the growth teamagenda and plans. Co-Leading a standardized customer support, crm, ux,and last mile approach. Collaborate with the commercial team toanalyze and optimize pricing and promotion strategies to maximizeconversion, revenue and margins. Develop and implementomnichannel marketing: from social media to commercial a human-Centric, seamless experience across all touchpoints toincrease engagement (aov & frequency). Continuously monitorbusiness, ecommerce and brand key metrics and adjust strategiesaccordingly to drive growth. Manage a team of growth marketingprofessionals and provide mentorship and guidance to help them achievetheir goals.
