Descrição: okrs y other kpis - Acquisition revenue. - Cac:ltv- Retention rate- Marketing spend optimizationResponsibilities:continue to build and polish a disruptive brand positioning. Being able to execute such positioning on different touchpoints of the customer journey - From offline to online. Cultivate and grow word of mouth/earned consumer and shopper behavior and identify trends to optimize the customer journey and increase retention. Build clear hypotheses and experiments based on different research, data and past experiments to demonstrate with the global acquisition, data and product team to design and implement targeted acquisition strategies to attract new customers. Balance and grow different acquisition channels (performance marketing, influencer and affiliate marketing, referrals, alliances and search). Ensure each channel improves cac:up-To-Date on the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing, and use this knowledge to drive innovation and growth within the acquisition with the product, data and tech teams to improve the website and mobile app user experience to increase customer retention. Ensure a prioritized pipeline of improvements, new feature launches and marketing campaigns. All aligned with the company s most important personalization (executed across different touchpoints in the customer journey) has a priority on the growth team agenda and plans. Co-Leading a standardized customer support, crm, ux, and last mile with the commercial team to analyze and optimize pricing and promotion strategies to maximize conversion, revenue and and implement omnichannel marketing: from social media to commercial calendars. Create a human-Centric, seamless experience across all touchpoints to increase engagement (aov & frequency).Continuously monitor business, ecommerce and brand key metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to drive a team of growth marketing professionals and provide mentorship and guidance to help them achieve their goals.
