Our operations department is actively looking for a talented and experienced customer service consultant to join our team as travel operations consultant ii. As a consultant, you will be responsible for serving point of contact between the company and the customer. You will also be responsible for providing information on the product and service to the clients. In addition to this, you should be able to resolve all the issues and complaints. Prior work experience as a customer service consultant will be an added benefit to the candidates. You should have an excellent ability to speak with clients in a professional manner. You should also have an outstanding ability to multitasks as well as good interpersonal skills. This is a hands-On role, which includes internal sales and operations functions for the region and all over the world.
