Description global process manager record to report is responsible for providing continuous process and technology improvements related to the global R2R organization. This position requires solid accounting background including leadership of closing activities, technical expertise of sap/R2R functionalities and process improvement skills to support global R2R to deliver financial strengths and innovative solutions in a world class shared services organization. The position should be based in any of the following zoetis offices (us, brazil, costa or poland) and follow office-Remote balance as per local guidance. Responsibilities data & technology: expertise in sap/R2R technical functionalities, management of chart of accounts, profit/cost centers, business areas, t-Codes and related matters regarding erp technical structure and governance. Support and enhance gl accounts/cost center creation process. Establish routine reviews of zoetis R2R chart of accounts ensuring lean structure. Play a key role in the S/4hana project definitions and implementation. Able to extract sap data (trial balance, manual journal entries, etc..) and combine into analytical views and reports to identify process opportunities and propose solutions. Act as a sme related to blackline system, driving technical guidance and training to the organization lead the implementation of additional modules, including task management, variances analysis, mjes and transaction matching close relationship with ztd to address open tickets, align priorities, develop project pipelines and ensure appropriate execution. Support integration projects by providing technical guidance related to R2R processes. Continuous improvements : implement and track key performance indicators, set up continuous monitoring reviews and drive action plans to improve global R2R performance. Conducts routine account reconciliation quality assurance to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Map, design and formalize process flows through sops, accounting policies and disclosures to ensure global adherence to R2R standards. Identify and share best practices across the regions and incorporate them in the global task management program. Partner with zfs R2R and market controllers to identify process improvement opportunities, establish priorities and execute according with project plans. Build strong partnerships with market finance colleagues, identify and implement process improvements that can be identified as high value added to the organization. Explore and support process standardization and consolidation opportunities in zfs. Perform detailed activities related to the global manual journal entries transaction codes and validations in accordance with sox controls and requirements. Education bachelors in finance related degree preferably in accounting. Desired mba in finance. Experience 7+ years of professional experience in finance, accounting or controllership with proven results in process improvements of financial closing and accounting cycle. Desired experience in change management and/or erp implementation and governance, including design and integration of new businesses from R2R perspective extensive experience with sap-Ecc R2R modules.
