Embaixador de marca absolut estado: spcidade: são paulo the absolut brand ambassador is the expert in the team when it comes to the brands heritage and products functional topics, drinkability planning and execution, training/education/mentoring and execution of consumer-Facing experiences such as product tasting. The brand ambassador will interact with internal and external stakeholders, will support several on/off trade activations, will partner with the brand management team to provide insights, will work along with internal stakeholders to plan and execute consumer-Experience activations and will represent the brand in interactions with external stakeholders, developing as a consequence a network of valuable contacts. Principais brand education & mentoring inspire and educate in-Market sales team on the brand to generate interest and an understanding of qualities/characteristic/heritage. Execute mentoring programmes with key trade customers and in particular bartenders, bar managers and mixologists. Identify and conduct tastings/education for target groups of consumers/opinion leaders. Trade activation & partnerships work with the local sales and marketing teams, identify and target bars, night-Clubs and restaurants for further development. Build relationships with the outlet including customer and trade promotions, bar staff education and brand visibility. Convert target consumers and influencers to the brand through tasting and brand education. Keep an on-Going relationship with key flagship bars. Represent the brand at key events. Support the local team in the retail business where possible, with brand visibility, education and communication. Map and identify partnerships and event opportunities to enhance the portfolio and brand strategies. Execute and amplify the drinkability strategy based on global hero drinks or recipes adaptation when necessary. Brand management/insight support implementation, tracking and evaluation of planned promotional activity in the trade. Propose, present and trial new brand initiatives, either international best practice or locally developed. Provision of market intelligence, investigating, analysing and reporting on key competitor activity and market dynamics to local brand team and absolut highlight and promote the brand activities to relevant media/press contacts. Present the brand to trade and lifestyle press when/where appropriate opportunities arise. Support pr strategies, developing briefings and approving the created content by influencers and celebrities social networking develop and manage local social media campaigns, to target consumers, bartenders and key stakeholders. Update with key events, brand activity and mentoring sessions and maintain and build relationships with key contacts. Escolaridade: ensino superior completo experiências: formação (escolaridade) - Ensino superior completo em marketing, comunicação ou administração cursos de especialização, conhecimentos e idiomas: - Conhecimento de pacote office – domínio de power point - Cursos ligados ao mundo da mixologia/coquetelaria serão um diferencial - Curso técnico na área de on trade/eventos ou coquetelaria/mixologia serão um diferencial idiomas ingles avançado tempo e áreas de experiência: - Experiência em funções de marketing ou comunicação ou em on trade/eventos; - Experiência na indústria de bebidas alcoólicas; - Experiência minimamente relevante no mundo da coquetelaria/mixologia será um diferencial; - Experiência prévia com a categoria de vodka será um diferencial.
