Deuna, a rapidly growing saas startup, is revolutionizing the e-Commerce landscape in latam by solving the most pressing challenges faced by businesses today: customer conversion, payment acceptance, and fraud prevention with a single a recently announced $30M usd series A funding, we operate in 5 latam countries and are on the lookout for exceptional talent to join our team and continue driving our (informação confidencial) to learn more about us!Role objective:you will be responsible for prospecting potential clients, qualifying opportunities, and setting up meetings between the prospect and the sales team to generate new business responsibilities:lead prospecting and generation: actively research and identify potential leads through various channels like online research, databases, events, social media, and referralsoutreach and communication: reach out to potential leads through phone calls, emails, or other communication methods to introduce the company, its products or services, and assess their interestqualification and needs assessment: engage with leads to determine their level of interest, budget, timeline, and specific needs or pain points that align with the companys offeringsappointment setting: schedule meetings or appointments between qualified leads and the sales team, ensuring that the leads are sufficiently qualified and genuinely interested in the companys offeringsdatabase management: maintain accurate and updated records of leads in the organizations crm (customer relationship management) system, tracking interactions, lead status, and relevant informationcollaboration with sales team: work closely with the sales team to provide them with well-Qualified leads and ensure a smooth transition of information for a successful sales processfeedback and reporting: gather feedback from interactions with leads, including objections, questions, and concerns, and provide insights to improve the lead generation and qualification processes.
