Descrição das atividades lead and build a strong team to support the business to deliver efficiency as per customers and business systems requirement, by applying agile methodology provides strategic input and assistance in the development of company priorities manage complex projects delivering creation of automate workflow, business rules analysis, suggest solutions that solves main problems and deliver business value facilitates corporate initiatives that aim at improving corporate competitiveness, service quality and cost savings conducts periodic analysis of business data to identify improvements opportunities manage and monitor all system projects and has the responsibility for execution, final delivery and improvement release develops and manages project schedules status, project resources, deliverables, issues, risk assessment and timeliness throughout the project conducts regular project status meeting and reports, keeps management and key stakeholders informed on a timely basis on project progress, status and concerns ensures deadlines are met by participating in resources planning, effectively planning, organizing and prioritizing together with it project manager provides leadership to the project team, conducts performance review and provides input into project performance reviews for each team members.
