Thisperson will design and launch the product with the need to understanddeeply the market dynamic while making it in conformity with adyenconfidencial guidances and frameworks. The scalability of this productrequires deep understanding of the payment industry and financialbackground to assure values such as automation, regulatory complianceand a price dynamic that is competitive in the market sustained byhigh valued partners. The primary focus of this role is brazil,but we do keep up with products globally. You will build andexecute adyen-S -Antecipação de recebíveis - Product management,defining its business and technical requirements, roadmap andintegrations (internal & external). Also, you will work close todifferent teams inside adyen (dev, finance, partnerships, commercial,compliance, risk) to keep all teams-S engagement and aligned withproduct-S strategy. As part of this dynamic, this person willalso be responsible for all product development and improvementsregarding regulation 4734, keeping the relationship with allreceivable chambers and its interdependencies. Develop and maintain relationship with key issuers andreceivable chambers develop and execute programs to furtheradyen-S strategic goals andoverall positioning in key markets andsegments. Provide your expertise in discussing confidencialfinancial services trends, rules, and regulations with internalstakeholders. Who you are: 10- Years experience in thepayment industry (in large acquirers that offer financial services asa product) a product builder with leadershipexperience previous experience in launching products formarketplaces / building split payments and platforms provenexperience in regulatory affairs, exposed to discussions with centralbank and abecs analytically strong and not afraid to deep diveinto unexplored topics you can formulate a vision and are ableto develop, adapt, and execute short and confidential-Term strategyfor financial products knowledgeable in financial products such asadvancements, credit, financing, receivables management andrelated. Good understanding of the payments landscape, with thecritical thinking skills to comprehend and interpret emergingtrends. Effective and self-Sufficient with the ability tooperate comfortably and independently within a complex confidencialenvironment. Fluent in portuguese and english.
