Join us in the digital transformation of the agriculture industry to achieve yaras goal of responsibly feeding the world and protecting the planet!Some of the main responsibilities include:- Support our product, ux and design teams in digital product development (web and app)- Be a sparring partner for product owners to support the digital and sustainable transformation of the agriculture industry in americas- Drive product strategy by defining hypothesis, performing a/b tests and feature evaluations to continuously optimize product features- Understand user behaviour, develop event tracking workflow and quantify the end to end user journey- Model consumer behavior and build user persona by leveraging product usage and transactional data- Plan, construct and run experiments to support data driven decision making and deep insights- Provide guidance for associate data analysts and interns/working students- Drive adoption of data driven decision making and self-Service profile- Previous experience in digital product analytics or similar quantitative role- Graduated in data-Related subjects such as economics, physics, maths, statistics, empirical social science, natural science, computer science or business/data analytics- Ability to apply scientific thinking to solve business problems with data and analytics- Ability to translate insights/tell a story with the data and analysis- Proficiency in sql, r and python - Hands-On experience with bi tools (e.G.
