We are currently looking fora medical director specializing in oncology or hematology to join ourglobal medical affairs in a fast-Paced, client-Focusedglobal environment, our medical directors play a pivotal role in ourproject teams and our company. Your medical expertise will be calledupon throughout the entire life cycle of a project includingpartnering with global business development for requests forinformation and attending bid defense meetings to raise our profile asthe chosen partner for our clients for their positioncan be home based anywhere in the continental u.S. Or in any of ouru.S. Icon tasks will include:providing input into thecreation of the protocol and other study-Relateddocumentsparticipating in discussions withregulators, key opinionleaders, senior management and our clientsdelivering training toexternal project teams and icon colleaguesreviewing medical data onthe indication, inclusion / exclusion criteria and other medicalissues to ensure our overall project deliverables are achievesharingyour vast medical expertise at investigator meetings, kick-Offmeetings, and client face-To-Face meetingsworking closely with ourdrug safety teams to evaluate serious adverse events and to developsafety management plans, pharmacovigilance plans and risk managementplansmaintaining a strong consultative relationship with the clientthroughout the project life cyclemedical monitoringhere at icon wewant our employees to succeed and ensure that they are set up for thissuccess through constant training, development and support.
