Job description ensure consistency between front/back systems and accounting to perform daily, monthly, quarter, semester and annually reconciliations (back-Office, front-Office, middle-Office, clearings and currencies) and regulatory reports that is responsible for to attend internal and external clients fast and with high quality service in terms of reconciliation and regulatory matters to interact with the team to provide the best training as possible to train back-Ups for all functions in the department in order to minimize the risks with temporary absences to guarantee that all activities are being executed and controls are being performed accordingly to local/global rules (central bank of brazil, clearings houses, fgc and irs) and internal rules to keep the existing procedures and manuals (product and processes) constantly updated to participate of the systems homologations along the established period to guarantee the integrity of the version before update it in production environment to apply all group rules and procedures linked to financial crime risks prevention on a daily basis while processing operations to attend all audit missions properly to participate in the development of automated tools to control and process the reconciliations/regulatory to participate actively and follow up the projects that is responsible for to participate of discussion regarding new products such as business demands, global requirements or regulatory changes (for reconciliation and regulatory matters) dashboards, kpis e kris people management possibility to act as pilot of reserve back-Up. Requirement profile - Knowledge, skills & experiences solid knowledge in banking law, specifically related to operation procedures, accounting and regulatory requirements experience working with banking products such as: fx spot, trade finance, fundings & loans, derivatives, futures and fixed income, reconciliation (fobo and bobo) and regulatory reports (ncr, taxas medias, dirf, e-Financera, fgc, estatísticas bancárias, ebi and others) preview experience in management of process and people graduation in economics, administration, accounting or foreign exchange advanced/fluent english required domain of excel, power bi and vba.
