Date:feb 18, 2022 location: sao paulo, br company:akzonobel regional culture and change manager (south america/morumbi)ensure successful and sustainable implementation of the akzonobel transformation, acquisition, and culture and change initiatives at regional level through effective culture shaping and change management interventions. Mobilizing and equipping a culture and change network to support the business, the functions and the work at strategic level with the regional leaders work closely with business/functional management and the central change management leads, to identify the change management need and translate into a regional change management strategy and implementation organizational health metrics to identify opportunities to shape our high performance culture and support leaders to deliver interventions to improve our organizational guidance, coordinate and support leaders to drive the change management initiatives in the region. Ensure they are supported and delivered in a consistent way in line with the akzonobel methodology and tools, and that the regional activities are aligned and contribute the overall transformation with the regional leadership, hr director, local transformation leads and communications to identify opportunities to shape a high performance culture and leverage our ability to manage change and transition successfully as a competitive culture shaping and change management capability within the region through the provision of training and coaching. Take ownership of the effectiveness and continuous improvement of the use of the akzonobel change management framework and provide support to local culture and change agents in the effective deliverer of their closely with the culture and change coe and actively share best practice and provide feedback to support the continuous development and improvement of our processes, methodology and tools in order to achieve our mission of shaping an inclusive and purposeful high performance culture.- Change management excellence:- Continuously improve the effective deployment of the akzonobel approach to change management- Ensure akzonobel approach and tools are known and easily accessible across the region- Support change/project managers across the region in achieving sustainable changes and business transformation- Ensure high quality change management plans are available at regional and country level- Facilitate the alignment of the transformation activity and plans in the different businesses and functions within the region- Culture shaping:- Facilitate high performing team workshops to support the continued shaping of our culture- Provide training and coaching to the regional culture and change network on the delivery of high performing team workshops and other culture shaping events and activities- Provide data to the leadership that supports the identification of opportunities and creation of plans to enhance our organizational health- Change management delivery:- Train and coach change managers/project managers in our change approach and tools to ensure succesful and seamless delivery of business change- Support change managers/project managers on regional level to create effective change plans- Provide support and guidance to change managers/project managers in the execution and delivery of their plans- Capability building:- Mobilize and develop a regional culture and change agent network- Ensure the akzonobel approach to change is deployed effectively through training and coaching of the network- Coach, train and support regional leaders to develop their change management and leadership capability- Provide feedback to culture & change coe on the learnings at regional/local level to continuously improve the akzonobel approach, methodology and tools- Transformation storyline:- Work closely with regional leadership and communications to create an overall change storyline in the region- Support local change managers, transformation leads and local hr to create their local change storylines- Representing the culture and change coe:ensure the culture& change coe is recognized as a knowledge center and provider of best practice support with your stakeholdersqualifications- University or masters degree plus work experience in organizational change management with tangible culture shaping, change management and transformational leadership experience and a proven track record of delivering large and complex projects on time and on budget- Geographical experience in different countries- Competent professional with the ability to provide strategic culture& change management input and translate it into tactical and operational implementation plans for the region- Exemplary stakeholder management and influe.
