As a product manager youll have the chance to manage abbotts pipeline market opportunity for the business unit, including the following therapeutically areas: central nervous system, gastroenterology, womens health, respiratory and consumer health carewhat youll do- Create business cases and conduct all product launches in alignment with global, regional, and local marketing strategy to maximize sales potential and sustainability of abbott established pharmaceuticals division in brazil.- Manage competitive scenario analysis, new product forecasts, product pricing, marketing investments (advertising, promotion & sales force) in line with the business case.- Drive business success through disruptive product launches, lifecycle management decisions and incremental innovation.- Lead continuous improvement opportunities for new product introduction processes, driving launch excellence at the affiliate level.- Works closely with business development to develop a local go-To-Market commercial strategy to support key launches.- Delivers against success metrics, kpis, key marketing and commercial launches schedules.- Recommend appropriate beyond the pill solutions to ensure a successful launch and optimal level of investment.- Focus on laying out a differentiated product value proposition that delivers unique value based on customer journey and qualifications- Bachelors, ideally business or marketing - English (fluent/advanced)- Spanish (desirable)preferred qualifications- Manage by influence: need to drive strategic business discussions, influence peers, and manage abbotts portfolio- Business financial knowledge- Commercial/marketing knowledge- Pharmaceutical products (technical and/or scientific perspectives)- Pharmaceutical market dynamics and audits (i.E.: iqvia)- Analytics: data analytical tools (excel, power bi, etc.)- Strategic: product pipeline build - Short/mid/long-Term projects- Experience in business areas (marketing, business development, portfolio)apply now follow your career aspirations to abbott for diverse opportunities with a company that can help you build your future and live your best life.
