The opportunity: we are looking for a gerente de acesso ao mercado who will manage, develop, and implement market access strategies and tactics for access and retention of csl behrings products in brazil. You will use your deep knowledge of the local environment to demonstrate the therapeutic, economic, and societal value of the products. Key responsibilities include: elaborating and implementing market access plans in the assigned regions for new products as well as for the existing portfolio of csl behring brazil aligned with the company strategy ensuring the implementation of these plans to the market in full respect of health policies, national laws, rules, and guidelines establishing relationships with key stakeholders such as regional health authorities, medical societies, scientific institutions and payers managing and coordinating regional market access activities and ensuring the alignment with the market access manager and the company strategy actively collaborating with sales, marketing and medical affairs operations to ensure the implementation of these plans to the regional markets in full respect of health policies, regional laws, rules, and guidelines the role: as gerente de acesso ao mercado, you will: develop the business curiosity that allows you to know in advance the health measures / pharmaceutical policies and laws that could affect our therapeutic areas at regional and local level provide robust market analysis and competitive intelligence data from the regions under your responsibility to support the decision-Making process for the affiliate drive analysis and identify activities, resources needed at local level in order to ensure the accessibility of csl behring products ensure the listing of csl behring products in the relevant/defined customers identify and create local mapping of decision processes, related to each operation of health policy and systems, identifying the key decision makers related to each process develop and maintain a strategic network of key reimbursement-Related regulators, and opinion leaders at a level that impacts on priority initiatives manage and run demand planning for brazil in alignment with the gm, driving resourceful analysis and inventory planning by working together with global logistics and the management team brazil your skills and experience: required: A graduate degree in a health-Related discipline or other technical area at least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical companies dealing with health and regulatory stakeholders at both national and local level experience in key account management, tender, sales or marketing preferred: mba, health economics or ma training experience in negotiations with local health authorities and hospital management broad knowledge of the plasma protein market is a plus our benefits: we encourage you to make your well-Being a priority.
