The opportunity this position reports directly to the market access head in latam and is responsible for building the strategy and implementing successful projects to improve abbotts actual and future portfolio. This person will be the point of contact for the global projects in the latam region. The position can be allocated in the office in são paulo, colombia or mexico. What youll work on Sets direction and leads cross-Functional teams on the development of health economics, value messaging, reimbursement, and coverage strategies based on the understanding of physicians, business/practice managers, payers, and their decision-Making systems. Follow up and recommend new strategies to maximize price strategy Develop core activities with key opinion leaders and key decision makers to pursue affordability and access to abbotts current and future therapies. Participate in the portfolio expansion committee seeking new opportunities coming from innovative price schemes or negotiations. Develop and validate value proposals for the key brands together with the marketing and medical teams. Follow, communicate, and execute opportunities coming from price regulations and develop mitigation plans in case needed. Provide support to affiliates across the region with the new negotiation models with key stakeholders.
