Job Description: As the Head of Manufacturing /d) for Steam Turbines in Jundiai, you will lead and manage the assigned operation and team, both internal and external stakeholders. You will play a crucial role in overseeing the manufacturing and repair processes, including machining, assembling, planning, and industrial engineering. You will challenge the status quo to improve the process and reduce manufacturing costs, all while ensuring a commitment to safety and work-Life balance. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the assigned operations staff in Jundiai, demonstrating intercultural leadership and setting stretching goals. Agree on targets with your team, delegate responsibilities, and authority. Take responsibility for own and team-Members work-Life balance. Be responsible for New Units manufacturing and Services Repair processes, including machining, assembling, planning, and industrial engineering. Challenge the status quo to improve the manufacturing process and reduce costs. Think beyond manufacturing and oversee the business impact on manufacturing. Qualifications: Successfully completed degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar. 8 or more years of experience in a leadership role. 6 or more years of manufacturing and intercultural team management. Strong communication skills to different levels of the organization. Commitment to safety as the strongest value in your team. Fluent in English and Portuguese.
